On 1st March 2026, 34 of our ballet, tap and Advanced Modern students, aged 9–17, had a fantastic time performing in Stars for Tonight 2026 at The Palace Theatre, Manchester.
It was a fabulous show, sharing the stage with other wonderful dance schools in such a beautiful theatre. We were incredibly proud of our students, who worked hard to prepare 2 large dance numbers in just 7 classes.
Our Tap and Modern dancers performed a lively and entertaining routine titled “Singin’ in the Purple Rain,” while our Ballet dancers starred in a magical classical piece inspired by The Lion, the Witch and the Wardrobe.
All of the dancers represented the school beautifully and were a credit to JRADA throughout the event.
Students will be repeating these numbers throughout the year, so keep an eye out for upcoming performances!
It was such a friendly, supportive and uplifting experience, and we would like to say a huge thank you to Natalie Woods for the invitation and for the incredible work that goes into producing such a large-scale event.
